Saya namakan resipi ni Salad Madu sebab rasanya hmm… sedap! (sesedap madu sidr)

1 tomato + 1 timun + sedikit daun bayam + salad + 2 kacang panjang

1tsp madu + 2tbsp minyak zaitun + 1 1/2 tbsp cuka epal + lada hitam + rosemary + garam, di gaul rata + bahan2 yang dipotong

Mudah dan berkhasiat.

Jadikan lah salad sebahagian daripada diet harian kerana selain dari vitamin dan mineral, enzim yang terkandung di dalam salad sangat bermanfaat untuk kesihatan badan.
