Bahan-bahan:

1) 250g daging batang pinang dihiris nipis
2) 3 ulas bawang putih & 1/4 sudu teh rosemary kering ditumbuk lumat
3) 1/4 sudu teh serbuk lada putih
4) 1/4 sudu teh rosemary kering
5) 1 biji tomato dibelah 8
6) Garam secukup rasa

Caranya:

1) Bahan 1~3 digaul sehingga sebati
2) Panas sedikit minyak dan goreng daging sehingga hampir garing
3) Masukkan rosemary kering, tomato dan garam
4) Bila tomato dah lembut bolehlah padam api
