Tempe Goreng Berempah
Let’s try
Bahan-bahan:
1) 5 keping (kecil) tempe dicuci, toskan dan dipotong dadu
2) Serbuk kunyit
3) 5 tangkai cili kering dihiris dan dibuang biji
4) 5 ulas bawang putih diketuk dan dicincang
5) 1 tsp serbuk ketumbar
6) 1/2 tsp serbuk jintan manis
7) 1/2 tsp serbuk jintan putih
8) 1 kiub ikan bilis maggie dihancur jadi serbuk.
9) Garam secukup rasa
Cara:
1) Tempe digaul kunyit dengan sedikit garam. Goreng sehingga garing dan toskan
2) Tumis bawang putih dan cili kering sehingga bawang kekuningan
3) Kecilkan api dan masukkan jintan putih, jintan manis, ketumbar dan serbuk ikan bilis. Goreng sehingga nampak terbit minyak
4) Masukkan tempe dan kacau sehingga rata dan goreng sekejap
5) Kiub ikan bilis agak sedikit masin jadi rasakan tempe dahulu sebelum ditambah garam
