Menu untuk malam ini..

Bahan-bahan:

1) 300g daging lembut/batang pinang dihiris nipis
2) 3 ulas bawang putih dicincang halus
3) 1/2″ halia dicincang halus
4) 7 tangkai cili kering dipotong dan buang biji
5) Air asam jawa
6) 2 sudu besar sos tiram
7) Serbuk kasar lada hitam
8) 1 labu bawang besar dihiris bulat
9) Garam jika perlu

Cara:

1) Panaskan minyak dan tumis bawang putih dan halia hingga kekuningan
2) Masukkan cili kering dan goreng sekejap dan masukkan daging
3) Goreng daging sehingga hampir kering, masukkan air asam jawa dan sos tiram
4) Masukkan serbuk kasar lada hitam. Masak daging sehingga kering
5) Akhir sekali masukkan bawang besar dan masak sehingga bawang layu
6) Masukkan garam secukup rasa jika perlu
