Assalamualaikum.
Malam ini saya masak daging goreng tomyam.

Jom cuba, anak-anak saya kata masakan ini sedap 🙂

Bahan-bahan:

1) 450g daging batang pinang/lembut dihiris nipis
2) 2 labu bawang besar di belah 8 setiap satu
3) 5 ulas bawang putih dicincang
4) 70g lengkuas dihiris nipis
5) 3 batang serai diketuk
6) 10 tangkai cili kering/ cili padi dihiris
7) I batang bunga kantan dihiris nipis
8) 40g daun ketumbar dihiris
9) 10 helai daun limau purut dihiris
10)1 biji tomato dipotong kiub
11) Garam secukup rasa
12) Minyak
Kalau suka masam masukkan jus lemon

Cara:

1) Panaskan minyak dalam kuali
2) Tumiskan bawang besar dan bawang putih sehingga kekuningan
3) Masukkan cili kering, lengkuas, serai dan goreng sehingga terbit bau
4) Masukkan bunga kantan, daun limau purut, tomato dan daun ketumbar dan masak sehingga daun ketumbar layu
5) Masuk daging dan kacau rata
6) Besarkan api dan goreng sehingga air daging kering.
7) Akhir sekali masukkan garam secukup rasa

    1. Thank you. The dish is beef fried with lemongrass, galangal, coriander leaves, keffir leaves, garlic, onions, dried chillies, tomato and torch lily. It is delicious. 🙂
