Untuk peminat kimchi.
Nasi goreng kimchi untuk sarapan pagi dihari minggu..

Bahan-bahan:

1) 2 1/2 cawan nasi sejuk
2) 1 cawan kimchi
3) Sedikit minyak dan mentega
4) Daging lembut/ batang pinang dihiris nipis dan kecil
5) 3 ulas bawang putih dicincang
6) Serbuk kasar lada hitam dan kicap

Cara:

1) Panaskan minyak dan mentega. Tumis bawang putih sehingga kekuningan
2) Masukkan daging dan goreng sehingga kering
3) Masukkan kimchi dan goreng sehingga kering
4) Masukkan nasi sejuk dan gaul sehingga rata
5) Masukkan sedikit lada hitam dan kicap.
6) Goreng nasi sehingga kering.

  1. Well, mine is not too hot or too spicy. I don’t like it either if it is too hot.
    Anyway, chillies and spices are known to give health benefits… if taken in moderation. 🙂
