My all time favourite 😀



1) 6 bitter gourd
2) 2 tblsp curry powder
3) Salt
4) Oil for deep frying


1) Wash and remove both the tapering ends of the bitter gourd and cut into thin slices
2) Mix curry powder and salt with the sliced bitter gourd. Leave aside for 20 minutes
3) Heat oil in frying pan, add bitter gourd and cook in medium heat.
4) Cook until golden brown and then drain in paper towel.

p/s Remove hard seeds (if any) in the bitter gourd.

Best eaten with white rice and chicken curry.
